Tess came in as a stray to the city animal control. She was a hot mess. She was missing much of her hair. Her skin was black, thick, stinky and rough like an elephant. The hair she has was matted and a mess. Depsite feeling itchy and miserable, Tess only knew how to give gentle kisses. She is one of the sweetest dogs we have even met! Tess enjoys walks and hanging out with other nice dogs of her size. She has wonderful house manners. She is an amazingly nice dog. Tess is fully vetted, spayed, had a dental, and is microchipped. To meet Tess, we require an approved adoption application and then we can potentially set up a home visit and schedule a meet and greet.
