Josephine is in the process of healing from the traumas of her early days as a puppy mill puppy. Despite her past, she's a super sweet and remarkably reserved soul. Josephine is still learning that people can be kind and caring, and she would thrive best in a tranquil and gentle home environment. She's a gentle soul herself, craving the love and attention she may be too frightened to ask for. Her cage training has instilled in her a sense of safety, and she uses it as a haven. With the right patient and loving owner, Josephine has the potential to blossom into a trusting and affectionate companion.

Josephine must be in a home with a fenced-in and gated yard, We consider all dogs to be flight risks but a puppy mill dog is shyer and requires more security. Once she feels safe she will delight you with her charming poodle personality.

Josephine is 2-1/2 years old and fully vetted, She has been spayed, received age-appropriate vaccines, microchipped, and is heartworm negative, Subsequent vaccines are at the expense of her adopter Her adoption donation is $600.00. She is on the hunt for her own completely committed family, Dogs can live to be 25 years old so she wants to be sure her family is all in for better or for worse!
